Reputation Ranks with Customer Satisfaction
A company’s or an establishment’s reputation ranked according to it’s customers satisfaction of it’s service or product offered. Customers can make or destroy a company’s reputation. In Australia, East & Partners and Daymark Public Relations launched a Bank Reputation Index (BRI), which seeks to rank the reputation of country’s banks among customers.
